Terms & Conditions

  1. We provide laundry service, but we reserve the right to refuse to provide any cleaning service.
    We shall not be liable for any of the following conditions or any of the clothes or articles submitted to us for cleaning ("Cleaning Clothes") if they are in any of the following conditions.
    (a) any damage to the laundered garments under the normal washing programme if the garments do not have a wash label or any damage to the laundered garments if the specified washing programme has been carried out in accordance with the wash label on the garments or the customer's instructions.
    (b) Fading, wrinkling or distortion of the colour of the washed garment caused by normal washing procedures.
    (c) Failure to remove all stains from the laundered garments under normal washing procedures. If the Company considers it necessary, it will only rewash laundered garments which have not been properly washed and which have not been worn or used after washing.
    (d) Loss of money or any valuables in the laundry. The Customer shall ensure that no such items are left in the laundered garments prior to delivery of the laundered garments.
    (e) Damage or enlargement of damage caused by inherent defects or imperfections in the material from which the laundry is washed or in the process of its manufacture after washing.

  2. In any event, if the Company is liable for any loss arising out of the provision of the Cleaning Services ("the Incident") as a result of the Company's breach of contract, negligent act and/or fault (including the negligent act, default and/or fault of the Company, its employees and agents, etc.), the Company's liability shall be limited to the payment of pecuniary loss calculated on the basis of the value of the purchased item(s) as evidenced in the purchase invoice of the item(s) supplied by the Customer, less depreciation, defects and other deductible factors. The liability of the Company shall be limited to monetary damages calculated on the basis of the value of the items supplied by the customer as evidenced by the purchase invoice for the items to be cleaned, less depreciation, defects and other deductible factors. In any event, the Company's claim for damages shall be limited to ten times the laundry price for clothing and five times the cleaning price for handbags and footwear. If the customer agrees, the Company may use the Company's laundry cash coupons as compensation. Except for such incidents, the Company shall not be liable for any damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with such incidents, whether or not the Company knew or ought to have known that such damages would occur.
